Thank you for shopping at WeddiPaper! We specialize in personalized wedding invitations and accessories, each custom-designed just for you.

No Returns or Exchanges

Since our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Before production, we confirm all details with you, including text, design, and layout.

Approval Process Before Production

Before we begin printing or manufacturing, you will receive a digital preview for final approval. Please review it carefully for:

✔ Spelling & grammar
✔ Names & dates
✔ Colors & design placement

Once you approve, production will begin, and no further changes can be made.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your product arrives damaged or if there is an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at [Your Email Address]. Please send us:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damage/error
• A brief description of the issue

We will review the case and offer a replacement if applicable.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase.
• Once we begin designing your personalized product, partial refunds may be available depending on the work already completed.
• After final approval and production, refunds are not possible.
