• WeddiPaper specializes in custom-designed wedding invitations and accessories.
• All products are made according to customer specifications and approval.
• We reserve the right to change these T&Cs at any time without prior notice.

2. Ordering & Personalization

• Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.
• The customer must carefully review and approve the design before production.
• Once approved, no further changes can be made.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in CHF and may be changed without notice.
• We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay, Bancontact, iDEAL, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal.
• Taxes and shipping fees (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Processing time varies depending on the product and order quantity.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
• Please provide a correct delivery address; we are not liable for incorrectly entered addresses.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• Once design work has begun, only partial refunds may be offered.
• If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos for review.

6. Intellectual Property

• All designs, graphics, and content on our website are the property of WeddiPaper or are used with permission.
• Reproduction, distribution, or use of our designs without written consent is not permitted.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to the use of our products or services.
• Our liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order.

8. Privacy

• Your personal data is used solely for order processing and communication.
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties except when necessary for payment or shipping processes.

9. Governing Law

• These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Interlaken.
